The pool is situated at a private residential property located just off Doncaster Road, Hatfield, Doncaster. This is a residential area, so it is requested that noise is kept to a minimum so as not to cause disruption to neighbours. There are pets present at the property, but they will always be kept out of the way.
24 hour CCTV recording is operating within the grounds of the property. This is for the prevention of crime and to protect the safety of MB Hydropool Ltd, its employees, owners of the property and hirers of the pool.
MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property reserve the right to use CCTV recordings in the event damage is caused, whether accidentally or maliciously, to the grounds or anything contained within it at the property, with the view of identifying the person responsible and the appropriate action being taken.
There is allocated off street parking. Vehicles must be parked in the area as shown on the enclosed map. Vehicles must be parked in such a way as to not block access to the garages or gates leading to the street. The maximum number of vehicles permitted in the area is five. No on street parking is permitted.
Vehicles and their contents are left at the owners own risk.
MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Access to the pool is through the property. Access is via the door on the left as shown on the enclosed map. A MB Hydropool Ltd employee will meet and greet you outside. Access will be granted to prearranged bookings only. No access to the pool or property will be granted unless otherwise arranged.
MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property reserve the right to close the pool at short notice due to factors which require immediate attention. Possible factors could be, but are not limited to:
Electrical failure, equipment failure, chemical dosing issues, water clarity issues
There is to be no smoking or drinking alcohol at any time. MB Hydropool Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to hirers who appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs when they arrive for their booking.
The pool is bookable on an hourly basis. Changing times are included in this hour.
Prices start from £55.00 inc VAT per hour depending on the number of people using the pool. Payment will be taken by a MB Hydropool Ltd employee before access to the pool is granted. Payment can be made via cash, credit / debit card / American Express including contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
The minimum number of people in the pool is two at any one time with a maximum of six.
No lone swimming is permitted. MB Hydropool Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to hirers who wish to swim alone or arrive alone for their booking.
The hirer and members of their group agree that use of the pool and changing rooms is entirely at their own risk. MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property accept no liability for any loss or injury.
The hirer is responsible for the safety and behaviour of their group at all times whilst on site. The hirer must ensure the rules of the pool are read, always understood and observed by everyone. Signs are in place to remind hirers of the pool about the rules. A MB Hydropool Ltd employee will refer to these as you enter the pool.
MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property accept no liability for any loss or injury.
The pool is unsupervised. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure both they and members of their group can adequately swim. If not, then the use of correct swimming aids is essential in addition to the correct adult to child / adult to adult ratio.
24 hour CCTV recording is operating within the pool area. This covers the pool area only. This is for the prevention of crime and to protect the safety of MB Hydropool Ltd, its employees, owners of the property and hirers of the pool.
MB Hydropool Ltd and the owners of the property reserve the right to use CCTV recordings in the event damage is caused, whether accidentally or maliciously, to the grounds or anything contained within it at the property, with the view of identifying the person responsible and the appropriate action being taken.
All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult who can swim. The following ratios must always be observed:

MB Hydropool Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry to hirers where the adult to child ratio will not be met when the hirer and their group arrives for their booking.
MB Hydropool Ltd reserves the right to terminate the session booked by the hirer and their group immediately without refund if they are found not to be following and observing the terms, conditions and rules during the time of the booking.
